The stallion watched the mare carefully and he realized that one of his prier thoughts were correct. She seemed to be haunted by the thoughts of pregnant mares, which in Estacar's mind meant that she most likely had a foal in her stomach at one time, and something bad happened with it. Maybe it died in her stomach, that was something that he had heard of, and he was sure that it was a terrible thing for a mare to go through. That was a possibility yes, but maybe something bad happened to the baby once it was born, he had heard of animals attacking children and easily killing them without a thought and he knew about stallions or even mares that had killed babies that they found whether they were theirs or not they just killed them off.
So, something like this had happened to her, and Estacar felt bad for her in some way but he would never voice that out loud to her because he knew that she was to strong for that and she would just find it as some kind of pity party and she would most likely become angry at him which is something that he really did not want. He watched the mare as she heard his statement regarding pregnancies and all she did was nod to him. He understood that this most likely meant that she did not want to continue on with the conversation of babies, which further made him believe his past thoughts, and he understood how she felt. He would not wish to talk about his mother for to long. And so Estacar just nodded his head back to her, showing that he understood and he would not continue on the conversation, and he hoped that she would understand this.
Then the mare heard his statement about how the stallion believed that it was not the pregnant mare's fault that they acted in the way that they did when the were in foal, it was because of some sort of hormone going crazy inside of their minds because of having to take care of the foals. he spoke, her words bubbling g from her maw, she said that she also believed that it was not their fault that they acted strange, and she stated that it happened to all breeds of equine. Meaning that his belief of it being some sort of hormone thing was possibly correct, and he thought that he might tell the mare about this thought, but then he remembered that she did not really like this conversation and so he decided to just keep his reply short.
"Yes." The stallion stated softly, making it quite and short because he knew just how much she disliked the conversation of babies, he could see it in her eyes though she was keeping herself very calm and strong in the face. She had one moment where she looked like her walls were all coming crashing down and she was about to break down and cry a river. Estacar guessed that whatever must have happened it must have been terrible. But then she quickly got a hold of herself and knit back those strong walls that he thought she kept up around every equine that she came across, and she turned her face into a cold mask with a smirk flowing onto her maw and she turned her look onto one that looked like she was bored, though he knew that she was possibly still hurting inside.
Then the mare said that they should go on a walk and talk. Estacar knew that she was just doing this to be able to maybe stop the conversation and turn it to a new one, but the excuse for her muscles being bored was a good one non the less, and so Estacar nodded his head and waited for her to start the trek forward. When she stepped forward a couple of steps the stallion did so to, taking his normal smooth and graceful walking steps, his ebony daggers sinking into the soft snow without a sound. But he stayed far away from the femme's body because he knew that she needed her space.

Alexandrie
Alexandrie's ear twitched back as she heard him stepping forward behind her, though some ways back. A sigh of...Relief? came out from her maw. She had begun to like the simple, easy going conversation they had been having and she wanted it to continue. She didn't want to be alone with her thoughts today, like always. Instead, she wanted company and he was playing the part to her game. A smirk drew to her face. She wondered if any other mare tended to make every stallion bend to her will without them knowing it? She shrugged. She didn't doubt, in fact she expected that maybe, just maybe, out there someone had done it before. It made her feel less alone to know that someone else had probably done the same thing she had. She bit back a smile before shaking her head back and forth. Her mane bounced around, each strand of thick hair hitting her pelt. She chuckled slowly before bucking lightly, arching her neck as she did so. She felt...full of energy and it had been a while since she felt like this. Smiling, she slowed her pace slightly and then halted. She was in a bigger place now without so many trees being so close together. She felt better and able to breath. She felt good and so she stopped and waited. Waited to see what the rest of the conversation would bring.
" How many?" She asked for a moment before adding to her question." How many mares do you have?" She wasn't sure if it was a good idea, asking such as a question. She was just tired of tip toeing around what she wanted to talk about. So she said it point blank. Maybe that question would lead to what she really wanted to know. Was there room for a Queen because she would take it over if not? She wanted to lead and he seemed strong enough to fight the battles she knew would come. It was what she expected. If he lost a fight, she would remain Queen, killing the other studs mate if she had too. She didn't have a probably doing so. In fact, she would get all the pleasure she wanted from it and then turn the next stud into her play toy. It was a great plan. A perfect one that had few flaws, few points were it could turn into a disaster. Alexandrie had nothing to lose and all that much to gain. She would gain it slowly and take her time. She would not let power over whelm what she saw in her future. That happened too many times in history. Now, it wouldn't repeat itself.
I knew the question was blunt and getting to the chase. I was tired of waiting around for him to bring up his power, his harem. I knew he had it. I could feel it in the vibe that he sent me and so I intended to ask him about it. I wanted power, I craved it. I was a commander in my nature and being a female hadn't helped me much. So now, now I could take hold of something that almost could never be taken away from my grasp. If he allowed me Queen, I would show him just what he saw. I would show him raw power and the ability I have to keep everyone in line at all times. He could breed who he wanted and have as many children as he wanted, but I would make sure they were all were they should be. If they disrespected me, I'd punish them just like I would do if they did so to him. I would even care for him like most lead mares tended to do. Perhaps, not as much. But enough. I may even let him touch me. Never breed, but he could nuzzle me a time or two if he wished it. I just wanted power and I would do nearly anything to have it.

The stallion heard the soft sigh of relief escape the mare's ebony maw and he knew that he had made the right decision to stay farther away from her than he would normally stay from most horses. He was kind of a touchy feely stallion though it did not go well with his more evil side that he normally fell into when he was around other horses. He liked to be close to a mare or even a friend because it made him feel more comfortable than being a yard away from that horse, it made him feel like he was somewhat needed because he felt like it comforted the other horse as well, so in short he just liked being around horses. Though he would not admit it to another equine ever in his life, and he disliked being alone, well sometimes he did sometimes he loved the feeling of complete quietness without another equine around him.
But he knew that this mare was not one to do this, he knew that she would not like to be stood close to in any way, and she would definitely not allow him to touch her in any way for some time, if she ever did. But he did not mind this that much, because he knew that she wanted power and this was the same thing that he wanted, and he knew that she would be a good lead and Queen when he got that far into the height of power. He did not need to have to touch her, he had his harem of other sweeter and more innocent mare's to do that, he just needed a pure breed unicorn mare to help him reach his power. And since she was the same breed of unicorn and of horse then Estacar could deal with the fact that he may never touch her, that was fine with him, he just wanted the power that came with her.
But he also knew that if she would never allow him to touch her than she would most likely never allow him to breed her. Which was something that he was hoping he could do. Since she matched his breeds perfectly then he was hoping that she would be a mother to his baby, because that baby would then be his purebred baby, some thing that he really believed that he needed to have. He needed a pure bred baby to be the heir to the powerful history that he hoped he would soon have. To have a pure bred heir was Estacar's true wish because it would just seem really right, but he guessed that he would have to settle for a baby from another one of his unicorn mares, one that was not pure bred. But he thought that they would do just as good of a job of leading his left legend when he grew old and died as a pure bred, he would just have to live with that.
The stallion watched the mare that was walking just a little bit away from him quietly, trying to see what she was going to do, then a small chuckle escaped his maw when he saw her actions. She pushed herself into a buck, tucking her head close to her body, with her mane flopping onto her neck gently. Then she moved into an open area and she stopped. The stallion moved a little bit closer to her to see why she was stopping, and he guessed that because it was a more open area she was feeling better, and she was just ready to stop. Then she spoke to the stallion, and it was a blunt question that the stallion was sure that this mare was the only horse that had the nerve to ask, and he chuckled softly again. She asked him how many mares he had, and he guessed that she was just wanting to learn about if he had land or not, and he did not blame her really. "Well, I have around three. I keep them in my land of Zemlija." The stallion spoke with his smooth as velvet voice that now held a tone of pride.

Alexandrie
Three. Three mares and a land. It was a start, that was for sure. And it was the perfect time to weave herself into the harem. Three. Three mares she would make submit to her as being leader. She smirked. Yes, she was indeed conjuring up ideas that she hoped to take effect. She just needed him to ask her. Ask her that one question. She would act like she'd ponder over it and then simply say yes. It was easy enough and all she had to do was work her way in a little more and snatch it. She shivered with excitement before turning to face him. Face to face. She'd rather him in front of her than behind her and so this was the perfect stance to talk to him. " And do you have..." She let her icy voice trail for a moment as she searched for the best word." A Queen yet to keep those three mares in line?" She asked. Wondering really if he did because if he did, her plan was crushed and she'd probably leave this place all together. She'd go to a new land where she'd have new ideas that she take care of and then leave that place as well. But if he didn't, there was a good chance she would never, ever leave this place.
But she could make that sacrifice because even if this stud decided to take her against her will, she would find a way out to explore. To meet others. And suddenly, another thought hit her. If he was King and she his Queen....Did that mean she had to be faithful to him? If it was one thing she was never good at, it was staying committed to one stallion alone. No, she wasn't a skank out looking for a good time. If she was, she would enjoy being touched. It was just the fact that she always seemed to find someone else when she had been secure with another. They would jumble her mind and suddenly choices weren't so clear. She pondered over it for a moment before blinking the thought away. She would place it in her rules of things to expect if he asked her, other wise she'd not say a word about it. It would be better that way, Alexandrie thought if she maybe didn't even tell him at all. Lead him on to believe that she would and then if something happened, say they'd never spoken about it and she thought it to be okay. Yes, that was just what she would do. Then she would stay in her herd and forget about that stallion the best she could. Her little planned seemed to all work out in her mind. Now, she needed him to ask.
I sighed deeply and looked up innocently at him. I willed him to ask me to be his Queen. I wanted to scream at him to do so, but I didn't say a word more than I had. I was not one to beg for such things nor would I ever beg for any title. I would earn like everyone else. Maybe in a different way, But I would earn it nonetheless. I smarter than the other mares. They all seemed to settle for what they could get, I was going to get the beyond. I was reaching for high expectations and I intended to get them. I would remove anyone that got in my way as quickly as they blinked. It wouldn't be hard, at least not that hard. I had go though childbirth for heaven's sake! I could surely take on a group of mares or a stallion alone and if not, I'd figure another way to get the job done. It might be harder than the one I thought of now, but it would work as well. Even if meant the possibility of having a child.

The pitch black stallion listened watched the mare quietly, watching her every move, trying to understand what was going through his mind. He did not have a huge harem of mare's but he did have three, so her thoughts could yet again go two ways, which always seemed like a possibility with this mare. She could either think that it was a pitiful amount and that she should just ignore him because he would never gain any power in the world, or she could be angry and possible think that it was a large amount of mares because she could be the small tiny little herd of kin types of mares, or maybe there was another possibility. Maybe she would not think of either of those possibilities, maybe she could care less about those amount of horses in his harems, if she could just be the lead of the land maybe she would be happy. But the stallion would not know until she spoke up.
As the stallion watched the mare he saw a shiver run down her ebony back, it did not look like a shiver of disgust or a shiver of anger, no it looked like a shiver of excitement or power. And he knew that she must be thinking of being the lead of his land, which he was in turn thinking of, and he enjoyed the fact that she was thinking the same things as him. The mare then turned to face Estacar, face to face, and he knew that she was going to ask him something about a lead he could see it in her expression. He starred into her orbs with his own dark brown eyes and waited for her voice to drift from her maw. Then she did begin to speak and the stallion had been right because she asked if he had a lead in his land to keep all of those mare's in line, and a soft chuckle escaped is ebony maw as he thought of this, then he lifted his head a little bit to look at the mare better.
"No ma'am, I do not have a lead to keep all of those other mare's in line, none of those mare's seemed good enough for that position." The stallion spoke truthfully, he actually only had one other mare that could even have that position, the other two mare's were a Pegasus and a Hybrid. The only other Unicorn that he had was not of the same breed as him, and he also felt like she was too nice of a horse to lead with him, he had a tendency to beat nice little horses into a pulp and he did not want to do this to that mare. But the ebony mare that was standing in front of him, starring at his muscular body, was quite possible the perfect mare to lead with him. She was of the same exact breed, and she was also quite beautiful, and most important she seemed just as dark and as depressed as him which Estacar liked a whole lot.
The stallion watched as the mare seemed to be lost in deep deep thought after his statement. He wondered of the mare was thinking about asking to be his lead, but then he thought that she was much to prideful in herself to ask such a thing on her own, but maybe after that statement it would coax her into asking. But he was not sure. He knew that it would be a glorious thing for them to lead together, they could rise to higher powers than their families would have ever thought possible, then they could show the other inferior breeds just how minuscule they were just how weak they were. They could be the strongest power that the world had ever seen, except for the gods who had suddenly just disappeared out of no where, maybe they would become so powerful that it would summon the gods back just so that they would set the standards for power, though they might grow that high.
Estacar saw the mare look up at him in a innocent way, she was practically asking him with her face if he was going to ask her to be his lead, so he had been right about her not wanting to beg him for that high position with him. A smile played across the stallion's ebony lips as he prepared to ask her the question that he had been thinking this whole time. "But I do think that you would be a perfect lead with me, what do you say, would you be my lead?" The stallion said with a velvety smooth voice, hopping dearly that she would say yes, thinking that she might.

Alexandrie
She thought about this for a moment and then a smirk crossed her maw and she allowed for it to be seen. She then turned away from him, acting as though she was mad he had asked her. But really she didn't want him seeing the expression across her face if she couldn't control it, which she did. Alexandrie took a few steps away from the stud and then sighed deeply as if she couldn't decide what to do when really she was already saying yes in her head. She took three more steps, placing each on in front of the other before turning and nodding." Fine." Her voice was played out as bored however her eyes were bright and shinning with a devious light. " However, there are...simple rules you, yourself, must follow as my being lead." She sounded demanding but they were rather easy rules. Simple ones so that they were always on the same page. If the two leads weren't on the same page at all times, it could seem weak and Alexandrie would not let anyone that was in her herd seem weak and she would definitely not allow herself to appear weak either. Being on the same page would just help with communication.
" First, You won't bred me against my will or I leave. In fact, never touch me unless I touch you first. Its easy that way." She said before continuing on." Second, you won't treat me as another mare in your herd." She wasn't going to be treated like all the other mares. She wasn't ever going to let that happen again and this was simply assuring that it wouldn't. It was enough for her to feel relaxed going into this herd." And lastly, unless I say something, I don't want children. Ever. Maybe that will change in time, as of now its a no. " She then smiled." That's it. Three simple rules I suggest you follow." Alexandrie could keep everyone in line, but not only that she could make him powerful. Other mares will fight with their mate if one where to challenge him. She was ensuring him a fighting partner if a battle came. One that was skilled and strong, ready for fighting at all times. Some mares played the weak card when it came to fighting, Alexandrie would be right up beside him, giving them the tongue lashing she was known for. Her words so icy and cruel, pointing out each and every flaw that was drawn to her eye. " Oh and one more thing, I make no promise to stay just on your land." She said this as she turned away from him." Now, Estacar, show me where I will be..." She let her dark melody of a voice trail." Staying." She said, before walking forward.
Was I really doing this? Really? I couldn't believe myself. Walking away with this stud and I really barely knew him. I could tell that perhaps his past troubled him, but so did mine. So did a lot of equines. Some more than others, but nonetheless it was all the time. What if he killed me? Well, he could. No doubt. But not before I left my own mark on him. I'd give him something to remember and wouldn't be some minor wound. In fact, I'd made sure I ripped his stomach from his body before I died if he tried to kill me. But that didn't answer the question...What was I doing? I was getting power. That's what I was doing. I was pushing myself farther in this world and I intended to make it even farther. I'd shove it my father's face when I saw him in Hell. Show him where I had gotten and where he had not. I'd smirk and tell him told you so. Told you I was better in every single way.
